  • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or labeled as non-returnable
  • Opened software, digital downloads, and gift cards

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on product condition and availability.
